The year-round cottage is the last house on a dead end street surrounded by trees. The sunroom and deck face the west providing lots of sun. You will have total privacy at this cottage.

Boat Slip Rental Available with Cottage


An 18' boat slip on Lake Winnipesaukee is available for an additional weekly fee of $150. Slip is located in Saw Mill Marina on Wolfeboro's Back Bay. Close proximity to the cottage. There is parking at the cottage for your trailer once you launch your boat. Contact us for details. Boat must be able to fit under the Main Street bridge which connects Back Bay to Wolfeboro Bay.

Walking / biking trail in the summer becomes a snowmobile and cross country ski trail. The trail is a very short walk from the cottage.

Albee Beach is the closest swimming beach. It is located off of the trail so you could ride bikes or drive there. It is minutes from the cottage.

There are lots of day trip possibilities from the cottage: White Mountains, N. Conway, Portsmouth, Meredith, Portland Maine and the Maine coast. Stay at the cottage and enjoy comfortable amenities and be within a day's drive to lots of places.
